Click the link below to download the ICQ software.
A File Download box will appear to begin the download process.

Click the button at the bottom of the dialog box and complete the registration forms to receive your ICQ number. The ICQ box will appear.

Press the .gif) button to send a text message.
Type in a contact name and choose Israel from the list of countries.

Enter the area code and seven digit number.
Then click

Type in your message and click

FYI - the recipient of the text message can reply to the sender by replying to the text message. The cellular users response will appear as an incoming message on ICQ. |
