How do I return my phone at the end of my stay in Israel? |

Drop off your phone at the AIRPORT POST OFFICE for a $7.50 charge. |

The post office is located at the Ben Gurion Airport - Ha'Shchakim Mall (Terminal 3, 3rd floor), after check in, BEFORE passport control on the far left side of the hall. |

Is there a minimum rental period? |

For short-term rentals there is no minimum rental period. |
To receive IsraelPhones discounted long-term rental rates you must commit to a minimum of three months. |

What is the difference between the IsraelPhones Pay-As-You-Go plan and a pre-paid cell phone? |

With the IsraelPhones Pay-As-You Go-plan you only pay for the calls you make and at a cheaper rate. Pre-paid deals typically entail purchasing minutes before usage, higher rates per calls and the inconvenience or calling to recharge when your minutes are complete. We, of course, recommend our Pay-As-You-Go Plan or our Calling Packages. |

What does my cell phone rental insurance cover? |
 |
Insurance covers all damages (excluding water damage) and ensures that if the phone is lost or stolen you pay the deductible of $100. Without insurance coverage the replacement cost is $250. |
Until you report the stolen Israel Phone to both phone numbers, you are liable for all calls placed from your phone! |
